Pillar Candle Care
- To prevent spelling on surfaces allocate a plate under pillar candles if decided to burn, most of the time this pillar candles are use for decoration only. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Keep candle free of dust and foreign materials like matches and wick trimming.
- It is normal in Soy Wax for your wicks to mushroom. This is easily fixed by by trimming your wick to 5mm. Trimming will ensure your candle does not burn hotter than it should and will prolong the life of the candle. Trim the little ball on the end of your wick to keep your candle burning gently, be sure not to cut it too short or it will become engulfed by wax.
- Keep candles away from children and pets.
- Keep lit candles in view and never leave lit candles unattended.
- Keep lit candles away from drafts and other flammable materials.
- Lit candles are very hot so never touch the candle while the candle is lit.
- Only burn on level heat resistant surfaces.
